He is a baby who wears a diaper and a blue cap. In Disney series, Cosmo was 4 years old and he wears a dark red shirt underneath a purple vest with two tattered tears at the bottom-front and a brownish-maroon belt with a gold round buckle around his waist, light-yellow pants and red boots.
