Jetta has a case of writer's block, and she doesn't know what to write in her journal. When she notices that Emily Elizabeth has filled many pages in her own journal, Jetta cannot resist taking a peek and thinks Emily has won a trip to Hawaii and can only bring one friend. Jetta starts being nice to Emily, so the latter can take the former to Hawaii. But when Jetta accidentally reveals that she read Emily's journal, it turns out there is no trip to Hawaii; it was only on her wish list. Jetta learns how important it is to be respectful of people's privacy.

Jetta: Well, just a little bit of it.

Jetta: Well I didn't want you to read my journal because, it was empty, but you have all kinds of neat stuff in your journal like winning that trip to Hawaii.
Emily: It doesn't matter what's in it. A journal's personal and private and you shouldn't have read mine.
Jetta: So, does this mean you're not taking me on your trip to Hawaii?
Emily: There is no trip to Hawaii. That was just something on my wish list. I wish I would win a trip to Hawaii.
Jetta: You aren't supposed to write down wishes in a journal.
Emily: You can write whatever you want, a journal is private just for you, that's what makes it so special.
Jetta: Well it's not fair! I really wanted to go to Hawaii.
